Potomac Cobbler's Store Policy

Returns:

1. In-store credit or exchange on returns within 5 days of purchase.
2. All returns/exchanges require store receipt in original packaging and are subject to manager approval.
3. No returns on worn/used items.
4. Orthotics are not returnable.
5. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at store's discretion.
6. Manufacturers' special guarantees will be honored according to the terms of the guarantee.
7. All sales final on clearance or sale merchandise.
8. All special orders on non-stocked merchandise are final - we guarantee the fit. We will reorder if size is incorrect.
